Ross began his banking career with a summer internship at Salomon Smith Barney in 2000. He then joined UBS in 2001 where he worked in the M&A Group, executing a number of transactions in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, healthcare and financial services. In 2004, Ross joined Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, a private equity affiliate of Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., where he continued to execute transactions in the consumer products and healthcare industries. He started working with TTS in 2006. Ross graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems.
