Will began his professional career at Merrill Lynch in their analyst training program. At Merrill, he was a structured products specialist initially in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and later in the Latin American Capital Markets Group focusing on corporate and sovereign clients. After Merrill, Will worked for a boutique crisis management firm where he was heavily involved in the operations of a distressed company which went through a successful chapter 11 filing. Prior to founding The Boathouse Group, L.L.C., Will spent three years in investment banking, most recently at Greenhill & Co, Inc., advising companies on both in-court and out-of-court balance sheet restructurings.
