Nicoleta began her professional career in KeyBanc Capital Markets' Rotational Analyst Program where she had the opportunity to work in different areas of the Institutional Bank including the Technology Group, Debt Capital Markets and Commercial Real Estate. She then accepted a permanent position in Equity Capital Markets and spent two years as an associate working on multiple transactions primarily in the energy, industrial and real estate industries. In 2007, Nicoleta joined Veyance Technologies (formerly Goodyear Engineered Products Division) after being acquired by The Carlyle Group. As the Finance Strategy Manager, she was primarily responsible for managing the global debt portfolio, investor relations, risk management and real estate. She graduated with a BBA in Accounting and a Major Certificate in Spanish from Ohio University. Nicoleta holds an active CPA license. She joined TTS in 2008.
